Successful applicants will receive an information package that outlines the steps for preparing for Japan (including instructions on applying for a visa).

The first step in applying for a Working Visa is submitting an application for a Certificate of Eligibility (COE) to the company.

The company will submit this application to the immigration office in Japan on your behalf.

Once your COE is processed, we will send it back to you.

Once you receive your COE, you have to take it to the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate for validation.

Once you have validated your COE, you are now ready to come to Japan to work.
